Does this communication apply to 80% of the people watching? If yes, then it will be announced. Calvary Christian staff reserves the right to edit all communication requests and will approve requests as time and space allows. Announcements will also be filtered by priority and their relevance to the majority of the congregation.

BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR REQUEST NOTE: 

• Make sure you've allowed adequate time for the communication process to be accomplished.

• Please submit announcements no later than noon the Tuesday prior to the Sunday it needs to air. 

• Promo video ideas will need to be submitted 5 weeks in advance with detailed script.

• NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Your announcement script is subject to be edited for video announcement presentation.
